The first step is submitting an enquiry using the link below. From there, we will book an initial 20-minute triage video call to learn more about what you’re looking for support with and to ensure we’re the right fit. Following this, we can put a plan in place for the best next steps.

How long does input usually last?

This varies from person to person and depends on your nutritional goals. For those working on their relationship with food, a minimum of four months of input is usually required, and often longer. For general healthy eating advice and implementing a more balanced diet, a shorter period of input may be suitable. Everyone is different, and our aim is to ensure this is the last nutrition support you need, equipping you with the tools and knowledge to self-manage confidently going forward.

Do you offer meal plans?

No, we do not offer meal plans. From research and experience working with clients, we know that meal plans tend to work only in the short term. Our focus is on helping you build sustainable habits you can maintain long-term, alongside education around planning your own meals, creating nutritionally balanced meals you enjoy, and adapting these as life gets busy. However, we do provide a reservoir of recipes which are nutritionally balanced & taste amazing!

Is this suitable if I’ve tried everything before?

Many clients come to me after years of dieting or feeling stuck, often feeling like they are the problem. In reality, the underlying reasons behind their challenges with food haven’t been addressed. This is what we focus on, in a compassionate and very patient-centred way.
